Ashley Chance

Ashley is a career strategist and mainframe systems programmer currently completing a systems programming residency at Broadcom — one of the world's most critical financial infrastructure organizations.
Before that, she spent 8+ years recruiting for Fortune 500 companies including JPMorgan Chase, Intuit, and TD Bank. She built Chance Create™ because access to how the system works shouldn't depend on who you know.
